Four Tune Finders
Most Improved Quartet at the 2024 BHA Nationals, Gold Coast, QLD
The Four Tune Finders launched in Hobart in April 2023 and just months later won the Australian Novice Quartet award at the PanPacific Barbershop Festival in Auckland. They backed up this success in 2024 with the Most Improved Quartet award at the national Barbershop Harmony Festival on the Gold Coast.
This talented group has been performing regularly around Hobart, carving a niche in the resurgent a cappella scene. With a diverse repertoire of classic and contemporary songs they are excited to share their love of close harmony with Tasmanian audiences.

Classic Blend
Sonia, Donna, Paul and Ric came together to form Classic Blend at the start of 2024, with the aim of creating exciting mixed four-part harmonies as they approach the peaks of their lives. Experienced quarteters all, their first entrance to singing in competition was an unqualified success, bringing home silver in the Seniors Mixed Quartet Division in the National Festival on the Gold Coast in September 2024. With a distinctive mellow sound, this ensemble looks forward to entertaining many more patrons yet over the next few years.

Forefathers
2022 Senior Silver Medalists, 2018 and 2019 Senior Bronze Medallists
Now retired, Forefathers was one of Hobart’s most successful mens a cappella competition quartet has an exciting repertoire of four-part close harmony songs, dedicated to those who love life and living it to the full.
Comprised of Rhett Knight (Bari), Graeme Bray (Lead), Ric Finlay (Tenor) and Paul Adams (Bass) the quartet members have varied experiences in other musical forms but love the camaraderie and musical purity of the Barbershop style that singing legend Deke Sharon calls "the Black belt of a cappella".
Formed in 2017, Forefathers' netted their first medal at the 2018 Barbershop Harmony Australia competition in Adelaide in September 2018, with a Bronze medal in the Senior Competition, and a credible 14th place in the Open Competition. They foolowed this with another Bronze in 2019, Silver in 2022 and a BHA 3rd place (Pan Pac 4th) in 2023
From heartfelt ballads to smooth swing, Forefathers will thrill you with the ringing chords and emotions that make this style so engaging.
